1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the services provided by K STARTING TRADING LTD, a company registered in the United Kingdom under Company number 16363211. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms.

2. Services

We provide search engine optimization (SEO) and related digital marketing services. The scope of services depends on the package selected by the client and may include, but is not limited to:

  • Keyword research
  • Content optimization
  • Backlink strategies
  • Technical audits
  • Performance reporting
  • Email marketing campaign setup (where included)

Please note: SEO results depend on multiple external factors (e.g., search engine algorithms), and specific rankings or performance improvements cannot be guaranteed.

3. Payment and Billing

  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payments can be made via secure online payment methods (e.g., credit card, bank transfer, payment gateway).
  • Invoices are issued monthly or based on selected service plans.
  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
  • All amounts are non-refundable once services have commenced, except as stated under the “Termination and Refunds” section.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property generated during the provision of services — including but not limited to strategy documents, keyword lists, reports, and content created — remains the property of K STARTING TRADING LTD unless otherwise transferred through a written agreement.

5. Client Obligations

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely access to required accounts, platforms, and relevant business information (e.g., CMS, Analytics, Webmaster Tools).
  • Ensuring that all provided information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Responding promptly to requests for information or approvals.

Failure to comply may delay or hinder service performance.

6. Termination and Refunds

  • Clients may cancel services with written notice at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle.
  • A full refund will be issued only if cancellation occurs before work on the new service cycle begins.
  • No refunds are available once services have commenced or deliverables have been partially or fully provided.
  • K STARTING TRADING LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without liability in case of breach of this Agreement, including but not limited to non-payment.

7. Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality services, K STARTING TRADING LTD is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Changes to search engine algorithms or third-party policies that may impact SEO performance.
  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities resulting from delays, service disruptions, or SEO fluctuations.

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or return on investment (ROI).

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, governmental actions, or acts of terrorism.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
