Exchanges, Refunds & Cancellations

1. General Policy

Since our services are digital, customized, and strategy-based, we do not offer returns or exchanges in the traditional sense applicable to physical products.

Each service is tailored to the specific needs of the client and work begins promptly upon confirmation and payment.

2. Package Modifications

Clients may request to:

  • Upgrade or downgrade their service package at any time by submitting a written request to service@k-starting.space.
  • Changes to service packages will be subject to availability and adjusted billing based on the new selected plan.

3. Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • A full refund will be issued only if the request is made before any work has commenced for the new calendar month or service cycle.
  • Once strategic planning, account setup, or campaign work has started, no refunds can be granted due to the nature of our services.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to service@k-starting.space.

4. Cancellations

  • You may cancel your ongoing service subscription by providing written notice before the start of the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellations received after work has commenced for the billing cycle will apply to the following month.
